今天教open cv的使用

1.OPENCV 前置設定

Install opencv2.1

安裝第三步 Add OpenCV to system PATH (中間的)

1.Setting-Compiler,目錄compiler->include 

2.Setting-Compiler,目錄linker->lib

3.Setting-Compiler,linker setting add cv210 cxcore210 highgui210
